Getting started
Sign up for a free account — no credit card required. You start on the Spark plan with 300 one-time minutes. Sign in, then press Record or upload an audio file, and CogniAIX returns a transcript with a summary, key points, and tasks in minutes. You can also try it instantly from the website with no sign-up.
It's a simple loop: (1) Capture a conversation — record it live or upload an MP3/M4A. (2) Let Cognia process it into a transcript, summary, key points, and tasks with suggested owners. (3) Act on it — review and edit, search across sessions, share the output, or just ask Cognia questions about any past conversation. That's the whole point of the platform: closing the gap between what was said and what actually gets done.
No. CogniAIX runs in any modern browser at app.cogniaix.com. There are also iOS and Android apps if you'd rather record on your phone and pick the results up later on the web.
Spark gives you 300 minutes (one-time, on signup, no credit card) plus live transcription (record), file upload, summary / key points & tasks, Cognia intelligent assistance, and phone & web access. Sharing, template mapping, meeting prep, and platform integrations are on the paid plans.

Pricing & plans
Four: Spark (Free), Boost, Amplify, and Pinnacle. Spark is free with 300 one-time minutes. Boost and Amplify are paid monthly plans with minute allowances. Pinnacle is a custom plan for teams and organisations. Annual billing saves about 10%.
Boost is $3.99/month or $42.99/year (600 minutes per cycle). Amplify is $7.99/month or $85.99/year (1,200 minutes per cycle) and unlocks every feature — it's the most popular plan. Pinnacle is custom-priced (Contact Sales). Prices are in USD; taxes may apply at checkout.
There's no separate free trial. The free Spark plan is how you try CogniAIX — 300 one-time minutes, no credit card — so you can test transcription, summaries, key points, tasks, and Cognia before deciding to upgrade to Boost or Amplify.
No. Boost and Amplify minutes are allocated per billing cycle and reset at each renewal — unused minutes don't carry forward to the next cycle.
Recording, file upload, and the Microsoft Teams agent pauses. Your past transcripts, key points, and Cognia AI search stay fully active. Everything resumes the moment you buy a Boost or Amplify minutes pack.
From My Account, open Plans & Pricing, choose Boost or Amplify, pick Monthly or Annual, and switch. For Pinnacle, choose Contact Sales.
Cancel your current plan. When the paid period ends, your account automatically moves to the free Spark plan — you keep access to your paid features until then.

Account & billing
Your remaining minutes show on the minutes bar in the app: log in to your CogniAIX account, then check the minutes bar in the lower-left of the dashboard.
Payment methods are managed in your account settings. If you can't update it there, contact support@cogniaix.com.
No — the email address on an account can't be changed. If you've lost access to it, contact support@cogniaix.com and the team will help you verify your identity.
Change it in your settings. If you're locked out, use the 'Forgot password' link on the login page to receive a reset email — check spam if it doesn't arrive.
Go to account settings → profile. Use a common format (JPG/PNG); if it won't update, refresh or clear your cache and re-upload.
Cancel from your account settings, or email support@cogniaix.com. Your account moves to the free Spark plan when the paid period ends.
Use the account-deletion option in settings, or contact support@cogniaix.com. After deletion, your profile, recordings, and transcripts are permanently deleted within 30 days (unless we're legally required to retain certain records longer).
You have the right to data portability. Email privacy@cogniaix.com from your account email to request a copy in a structured, machine-readable format. Verified requests are answered within 30 days.
This one needs a person to check your account. Email support@cogniaix.com with your account email and the charge details, and the team will resolve it.
Yes — the Pinnacle plan is built for teams and organisations, with team workspaces & a shared hub, an admin console & analytics, audit logs & DLP, and a dedicated success manager. Individual Spark/Boost/Amplify accounts are for a single user. Contact Sales to set up a team plan.

Privacy & security
No. CogniAIX does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties — ever.
Only you and the people you choose to share with. Internal access is strictly limited to staff who need it to support or maintain the service, and all such access is logged. You can share, download, or delete your content anytime.
Yes — encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest with AES-256.
CogniAIX is US-headquartered and runs on HIPAA-compliant, SOC 2-certified AWS infrastructure, primarily in the US. For international users, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
No — not without your explicit consent. CogniAIX does not use your individual recordings or transcripts to train its models unless you opt in. Aggregated, anonymised usage data may be used to improve the product.
Yes — request immediate, permanent deletion of any recording or transcript from the account interface. Once deleted, it can't be recovered.
Yes. GDPR rights (access, correction, deletion, restriction/objection, and portability) apply for users in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, and CCPA rights apply for California users. Email privacy@cogniaix.com to exercise your rights.
CogniAIX runs on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure and does not collect health or medical information.

Troubleshooting
This is usually a microphone-permission issue. Allow mic access for CogniAIX in your browser or device settings, make sure no other app is using the mic, refresh the page, and try again. On mobile, check the app's mic permission. If it's still greyed out, contact support@cogniaix.com.
Check your internet connection, refresh the page, and confirm you still have minutes. Allow a short processing delay. If the transcript still doesn't appear, contact support.
This is often an unstable internet connection, the device going to sleep, or running out of minutes. Use a stable connection, keep the app in the foreground, and check your remaining minutes.
Use a stable internet connection, refresh, and try renaming or trimming a large file. Make sure it's a supported audio format (extract audio from video first). If it still fails, contact support.
Try a supported audio format, reduce background noise, and make sure one person speaks at a time. If quality is still poor on genuinely clear audio, re-upload; if it persists, contact support.
Ask participants to speak one at a time, use individual headsets or mics, and avoid talking over each other. Clearer separation in the audio improves speaker distinction.
Cognia answers based on your transcribed sessions, so make sure the relevant session has finished processing and actually contains the information. Try rephrasing and check your connection. For account or billing issues that fall outside your stored content, contact the support team.
Your login session timed out for security. Log back in. If it keeps happening, clear your browser cache and cookies or update the app, then sign in again.

Mobile app
From the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) — search 'CogniAIX.'
Record on the go; when you stop, the app sends the recording for transcription. Transcripts, summaries, and tasks sync to your account. It offers essentially the same features as the web app.
No — CogniAIX needs an internet connection to work.
At minimum, microphone and call access so it can record.
Update to the latest version, restart your device, make sure there's enough free storage, and reinstall if needed. If it still crashes, contact support@cogniaix.com.
Find a quiet room, keep the phone close to the speaker, use a decent mic or headset, keep the app in the foreground, and stay on a stable connection so recordings upload for transcription.
